This year's edition of NFFF comes with a twist. Instead of the standard fare of covers, here we
have a very talented selection of sirens and their variations on classics including two reworked Joni Mitchell tracks by Mandy Moore and Cat Power and Norah Jones covering The Kinks in concert. In addition to these gems, there is also an amazing cover of Bruce Sprinsteen's 1985 hit, "I'm on Fire" by Electrelane that justly and brilliantly starts the second half of this mix only to conclude with Massive Attack and Madonna collaborating on a dark and hypnotic take of Marvin Gaye's "I Want You."
