The Pitchfork Music Festival takes place this weekend (July 16-18). In the case that you will not be in attendance, Pitchfork will be streaming the event this weekend on their site.
This year's lineup includes Pavement, Modest Mouse, Big Boi, El-P, Raekwon, Blues Explosion (or Jon Spencer Blues Explosion), Surfer Blood, Best Coast, Beach House and many, many others. For those unable to make it, Pitchfork will offer live video feeds the weekend's performances. So yes, if you are like me, and will not be in attendance for this weekend's festival, grab a snack, turn on the computer and enjoy the performances.
