Miracles Are All Around Us

About a month or two ago, I was introduced to the video for Insane Clown Posse's "Miracles." To say the very least,  I was greatly amused by the song and the clip that accompanied it if only for the fact that you have clown rappers who normally rap about running around with hatchets and calling themselves wicked are now rapping about the wonders of the universe. As bizarre as that sounds, it is something everyone should experience at least once.

After the video's release, ICP were criticized by many Internet critics who felt "Miracles" promoted ignorance by just blindly accepting the wonders of the world and not wanting to know more about them. I, on the other hand, just thought it was amusing to see ICP rapping about pyramids and rainbows instead of...well, everything else they rap about. One group, however, did not criticize the group's lyrical content. Instead, Look at the Fields recorded an acoustic cover of the song that might be just interesting as the original (via Videogum). With two variations, this song could be on the way to being the best song of the year. Now, if only there was a death metal cover...

As a bonus, here's a Saturday Night Live parody
