Another January which means another year's beginning comes from some other beginning's end (sorry, I find myself quoting Semisonic's "Closing Time" a lot these days). It also means that it is time for my annual tribute to musical history and is this one...very interesting. Yes, that is Yim Yames (as in Jim James) covering George Harrison and Sugar Ray (as in...Sugar Ray) covering Ted Nugent. There are also powerful renditions of Kiss and Al Green classics. Four volumes into this series and this is my favorite so far due to the crazed combination of these artists and the even stranger collection of artists being covered.
